This car rental company is a complete scam. We clearly told the counter staff that we didn't want any insurance because we had already purchased full insurance from Zuzuche and showed them the proof. They spoke in Italian and used an Italian contract to charge us over a thousand euros for extra insurance, even though our rental fee was only two hundred euros. It's outright fraud.

They provided a detailed explanation of car usage and return instructions, and also promoted their own insurance.

Scam! Paid in full in advance but still couldn't get the car! No refund! Staff at the store were rude and sarcastic! Couldn't find any official complaint channels, and our subsequent travel plans were ruined due to this, incurring additional costs exceeding the car rental fee!

BUDGET is quite popular in other Western countries, and their service is reliable.

The status of the car and the car itself were below my expectations. It was a Fiat Qubo which has central-locking problems and i had to go back to the pick-up location twice. Also it was not the kind of car that i had requested for.
