Not bad. When picking up the car, they just informed me that I didn't purchase the insurance from their company, and if an accident occurred, the deposit would be deducted. After I mentioned I had bought full insurance through the rental platform, they didn't say much and handed over the car as usual.

This is my second time renting from Italy Car Rent. The process is straightforward and convenient. Although the pre-authorization deposit is relatively high, as long as the car is returned without damage, there are no issues.

There were quite a few people processing car rentals at 9 am, so it was a bit slow.

Car wasnt ready and got different model

I was very satisfied with my rental experience this week. The clerk was very friendly. I rented one type of car, which it turns out was a little high on mileage, so the clerk changed me over to a newer model without asking, as a convenience. Drop off was quick an easy. Now just waiting for refund of my security fee which I expect to happen shortly.
