The pick-up and drop-off process is relatively convenient.

There was no service at all. Especially when we went down to the basement level 3 to pick up the car, the black female employee just parked the car there and told us to move it so we wouldn't block them. Then she got into another car and started chatting with a customer. Since we didn’t know that the trunk handle was on one side of the tail light, we had to go over to her and ask how to open it. She impatiently told us that the handle was by the tail light. Additionally, the phone at this location was always unanswered after being connected. Even when we called during their working hours with billing questions after returning the car, no one ever picked up. Overall, the service experience was extremely poor!

Great vehicle but had some stains inside looked to be from a split drink I had to clean both front seats and passenger door trim
