The staff were quite friendly. However, the car wasn't ready at the scheduled pick-up time, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes.

When picking up the car, they did not explain the additional fees and just printed the contract for signing, which disrespects the customer's right to know. In the end, it cost me over 1000 more.

The car was clean and correct The pick up/Drop off point was easy to find

The staff made two different times the deposit operation, blocking my credit card plafond in a wrong way And miss Heidi didn't give me any explain about it

Excellent service of staff at the pick up office. Everything was explained and entire process went smooth. Helpful staff in garage. Car was new, clean and had many comfort features. Btw. Avis is very well known company almost all over the world.

Initially I was distrustful of QEEQ as this is not very popular booking agent in Europe. Especially I was booking car in Canada. However, evrything was fine, absolutelly no issue. Definitelly, I can recommend them.

According to confirmation from Avis, pick up was Vancouver South Terminal Airport YV2 When we arrived there was no representative from any Rental car company, totally deserted. The Avis helpline was totally useless they couldn't help at all. So finally we were told from a airline representative to go Terminal 1 and try to get the car there. No shuttle bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 available, we had to get a taxi and paid CAD 20. The counter personal at Avis was not really apologetic when we explained our situation. After she got a car for she presented a bill which was 90 CAD more than on our confirmation. After a long discussion she finally asked her Supervisor and he solved the problem. The car was not what we reserved (Ford Explorer) but it was OK. Not happy with Avis at all.
