Quick pickup and fast return.

We were informed that there were no cars available and that a vehicle had to be brought in from another location. After waiting for two hours (past noon), we were told the car would not arrive until 6 PM and that no other models were available. This essentially wasted an entire day for us. We eventually gave up on this rental company and rented a car from another provider.

The night before picking up the car, I realized I selected the wrong return time. I placed a new order and got a confirmation. However, when I went to the store the next morning, they told me they couldn’t process it in time since it was a last-minute request. As a result, I had to settle for a manual transmission, which caused some inconvenience with the car stalling occasionally.

The counter staff was efficient. However the tyre pressure was not well maintained.

It is a great car rental booking platform.

Like: Got upgraded on the vehicle so more than happy.
Dislike: Probably took an hour to pick up the vehicle due to staff shortage and busy period
