The car was a lower class of vehicle but was good and did what I needed it to do. Good on fuel. Staff were helpful and process at pick up and drop off

Qeeq was easy to use. Only issue is enquiring about reduced price as it was a lower class of vehicle than I was meant to get. They are dealing with it and keeping me updated.

The front desk staff had a very good service attitude.

The staff at Enterprise were extremely courteous and helpful. The pick up was extremely quick and the staff took the time to show all the car controls.

We paid exactly what was quoted on the site - yes excellent. Website very user friendly and I received confirmation of booking very quickly and received frequent updates.

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

We are happy with the Qeeg booking, and the fact it was a good price.
