Desde mi punto de vista, ofrecer la renta de un vehículo, sin ningún tipo de seguro, me parece poco

They lied to me that I had to have an insurance on top of mine. They charged me additional $ 550 for the insurance. I had to come back and talk to the manager, and he was finally able to refund me that money. They also have a policy in place that when you get on a toll road, they charge your card for the toll plus $ 50.00 administration fee every time toll is recorded. It was the most stressful pick up procedure I have had so far. The whole fiasco took over two hours. Also, the pick up time from the DEN airport was over half an hour.

The car that i had chosen for the number of passangers was not avalible and they did not have another car for 6 passangers i had to go in a 5 passanger car

I came to Dallas every 20 days can you give me more discount every time because I like your car .

This went smoothly, the location is convenient and the wait no more than at the airport where lines can be longer.

Like: Very friendly and the gas mileage on the car we had was awesome!
Dislike: The address we put in would not located the actual place thankfully we found it due to cannot get thru the phone.
