Waited half an hour for the car, everything else was standard service.

The French staff have limited English proficiency.

The store is easy to find. It's right there as soon as you come out with your luggage. The staff was also very friendly. Despite my poor English, the car pickup went smoothly.

I called the agency’s number on the contract to change slightly my pick up and drop off times but the automated system had glitches and I couldn’t make the changes. I wasn’t able to talk to a person and it kept sending me back to the beginning of the choices and changing into French although I chose the English version. I kept wondering had I had a bigger problem if the costumer service would have solved it or not.

Blocked sum on my credit card has not been released after week, but it was promised to be released next day after return
