A great experience for a reasonable price

Car fitted in 4 large suitcases without parcel shelf in place. Unfortunately hire company wouldn’t let us leave it so it had to sit in front of back seats entire journey.

they have given us the wrong drop off location even though we hav asked for it and confirmed by the staff however, the location was 45 min away from where we requested the drop off and staff said that qeeq designated the drop off location. the car was damaged in several locations around the body

The initial pick up took forever, which was made worse by the heat, the first car we were offered was in a terrible condition and the staff were so unhelpful

We were quite impressed with the smart4. At interns of performance and space. The Europcar staff on pick up and drop off were very helpful, friendly and professional. Could not fault them. Excellent value for money and would recommend
