The counter staff refused to proceed with my order when picking up the car. After driving out of the lot, the personnel discovered the paperwork was under someone else's name, not mine. I waited over half an hour for them to redo the paperwork. If not for the diligence of the car lot staff, I would have given a zero rating. Additionally, my credit card was charged twice, each time $200. This is despite having paid the rental fee in advance while in my home country.

Overall not bad, the waiting time for picking up the car was about 20 minutes. During this time, the staff asked if we wanted to add insurance options, but since we had already purchased full insurance through the QEEQ platform, we declined. The staff remained polite. However, there was a miscommunication—possibly due to language barriers—which led to an issue where the 'No need for a full-tank return' option might have been selected. Thankfully, the issue was resolved smoothly through the QEEQ platform. Additionally, it is highly recommended to purchase full insurance. Don’t try to save a little money and neglect it—minor scratches or dents can be fully covered. Also, make sure to record a video of the car's condition before picking it up, as some cars might already have scratches. Protect your own rights.

Picking up the car at Orlando Airport was very convenient. After completing the paperwork, you can go to the parking garage across the street and pick up the car, with the key already inside. Returning the car in Key West was also easy. Since I had an early flight, the office wasn't open yet, so I parked the car on the first level and put the key in a black drop box. Overall, it was very convenient. Because I had no prior experience, I did not rent or purchase a SUN PASS card. I drove through a SUN PASS lane and expect to receive a toll fine, but I have not yet received any notification.
