The store service was acceptable, but they miscalculated the rental days and charged me for an extra day. I went back twice to resolve it, and they claimed they had refunded me, but I haven't received it yet. They said it would take three weeks to process, so I'll wait and see.

Very quick and convenient. It's easier to opt for full coverage at the store rather than purchasing insurance on QEEQ.

The staff was very nice, but the overall efficiency was not high. The main issue was that the parking lot was a bit far, and there was no guide.
