They noticed my booking was through QEEQ and didn't try to upsell any insurance, instead explaining that if there's coverage beyond the basic insurance provided by the rental company, I should pay first and then claim through QEEQ's insurance provider. The process seems clear. During the car handover, they provided a clear explanation of the damages on the car, overall quite professional.

We were given the wrong address when picking up the car, which caused our group to drag our luggage around for about half an hour early in the morning. Finding the drop-off location was also difficult according to the GPS, and it was near the ZTL areas.
