Hertz provided the service, and it was very good

I hope everyone can be punctual. Arriving on time at the counter will be quick, usually within 15 minutes. The counter staff is friendly and not verbose. Once asked if you bought full insurance, they won't recommend it again. I walked from the long-distance train station to terminal 1 to pick up the car. The route is a bit long, but there are many signs. If you plan to go to another country, be sure to mention it in advance. It should be noted on the receipt and the fee charged. Otherwise, you need to find a Hertz location near Germany to add to the contract before leaving the country, which can be inconvenient.

First time renting a car abroad. The service from Hertz in Germany is absolutely great, much better than AVIS in the USA. I swear I will never rent from AVIS again, even if it means opting for Youku.

I reserved a BMW 3 Series but was given a BMW 5 Series Touring. It's a diesel hybrid, comes with navigation, and can display the speed limit on the dashboard with the vehicle's LIM speed limit function, making it very convenient to avoid speeding. The upgrade was great...
