Excellent vehicle, Poor counter service

The store's service attitude was terrible. They accepted the order even though there were no cars available. It took more than three hours to get a car. The air conditioning also had issues. This is the first time I've encountered a car with air conditioning problems.

Did not buy insurance, reception was not happy, the reserved car was not available, switched from Edge to Murano, and charged an extra $121. Not sure what the charge was for. After multiple calls, nothing was resolved. Will stick with big companies in the future. Regardless of the English text on the online order, it doesn't matter. They simply don't acknowledge it.

The car model was temporarily switched to a Sentra. Although it has ample space, the power is insufficient. Everything else is good.

There were only five or six people in line, but I waited for about 30-40 minutes. The front desk staff, who looked Chinese but was an ABC, kept forcing me to buy insurance. I told them I had already purchased all the necessary insurance, but they still insisted on selling their additional insurance. It was a horrible experience. No one was responsible for checking the car's condition when I picked it up, so I'm worried they might blame me for previous scratches.

Very friendly and quick service for both rental and return.
