Easy to book

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

Almost new Vehicle (3800 KM) Pick up was easy and fast. Drop off was great too, had to wait a little for the Airport shuttle due to the high volume of people dropping of Vehicles at the same time. Did not create any issues for us since we had plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Great Booking Platform, Price protection safe us money, nice IOS App, will use this platform again.

The Durango was nice. The pickup and drop-off location was far from the airport with only two shuttles, but then, the price was more reasonable than companies located right at YVR. I think the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. For example, they should probably at least show where the gas cover button is! Thoroughly enjoyed driving the vehicle though!!!

The platform was good and price protector was great. However, when flights were cancelled due to weather in New York, we had to simply cancel and rebook so the price was not as good. Needs to be easier to shorten and/or extend without completely cancelling and starting over.

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
