Overall satisfied. The car had quite a few scratches, likely due to narrow roads in older parts of the city, which affected its appearance.

Good car: VW Golf, best car in it’s class. PickUp was a little extensive. Also, the insurance via QEEQ (AXA) raised some eyebrows, and took time to consider and discuss. But overall fine.

Very pleased with the insurance offered (AXA). This made the overall rental via QEEQ very cost effective relative to other rental options in the respective time period, while combined with relatively good coverage. Overall website experience was good, all worked smoothly.

I could not fault the staff of Europcar or the vehicle they supplied as it was an upgrade on the vehicle that had been booked at no additional cost. The car had only 3000km on the clock and was presented the TV in immaculate condition.
