The service was decent, although they did try to upsell. Communication might be a bit challenging due to language barriers. They added a 30-euro towing insurance during the process, but after reviewing the payment records and communicating in time, it was refunded. However, I was charged 25 euros about ten days later, supposedly for a violation.

Great service attitude, and the pickup and drop-off locations are easy to find.

Arrived at the counter, provided the order information and driving materials, and got the paperwork done quickly. They didn't ask you to buy their insurance. The service was excellent.

Car was very clean and well presented. Counter staff friendly and easy to talk to. Could not fault the processes for collection or drop off

The office is not clearly indicated when you landed at the airport People are nice at the offices (pick-up and drop off) But when I drop off, they don’t check the car because I left my wallet inside and this is the next customer who write me to inform the lost
