Very good, there was no upselling or unnecessary disputes.

Goldcar representative at the airport refused to fulfill the rental contract terms and conditions and left us stranded without a car. Tried to insist that I had only paid a fuel deposit despite the rental company checking the terms for me days prior to the collection at the airport. Tried to get me to buy their insurance or pay another huge deposit for a small car. I would avoid this company with a bargepole in future. they didn't care that I had a child and was disabled

Easyrentcars were great in assisting me with my problem with Goldcar and booked another car paying the difference. I did have to go on another long trip the next day to collect but easyrentcars unlike goldcar were very helpful

There is an important point, Thant is the insurance was made by the reservation is through third party, that means if any accident happen the custome will pay to gold car then AXA insurance company will refund the payment to the customer, (Even I Made Full Insurance Booking) i think it's better when i make full insurance booking to be direct, anyway thanks god i didn't make an accident, everything else was great, Thanks Easyrentcars,

Waited more than 1 hour to pick up car which only 4 person in front of us. Only 1 staff is working. We cna see processing time was very quick for all other companies. Wasted our precious time during vacation. Expected company to be more well prepared since already booked online during pick up. Drop off goes smoothly. Staff was kind and helpful.
