Arrived half an hour early but was informed there were no cars; offered an upgrade to an A6 but not for free. Waited half an hour and got a CLA instead. No attempts to sell insurance, no vehicle inspection during pickup, and no check during return. Very convenient.

The rental company closes at 3 PM. If you arrive late to pick up the car, they cancel the booking even though I paid in full. They don't reserve the car or issue a refund. The only option is to pay extra for an upgrade, and the price difference for the upgrade is 1.5 times the original booking.

Picked up the car at midnight, service was good. However, the oil light came on and they were out of spare oil, so we had to go to a gas station to add oil. Fortunately, we insisted that they come with us, and it took visits to two gas stations to find oil. Speaking English didn't work well in the German-speaking region. Schengen area at midnight, not easy.

Very convenient and fast service, with prices cheaper than other rental companies. The vehicle conditions are excellent, and the service is attentive. It's a great company, located at the airport, so you can pick up the car as soon as you exit. You can also return the car at the airport when returning home. Additionally, German efficiency ensures the vehicles are reliable.
