Had to wait a bit while picking up the car as there were quite a few people, but overall it was fine.

Everything was good but the drop off location ended up different than pick up (maybe our fault as we were slightly late), but then the shuttle wait to airport was 20 minutes. When it arrived it was only going to Terminal 4 (not ours) and we had to Uber to the airport yo barely make our flight. This was not explained as a potential issue

When in Spain there was a lot of confusion and a lot of extra costs for the car that we did not expect after stating clearly what we were after. Also staff had attitude.

Fraudly, it results in full deposit paid and you must return it empty for 93 euros!
