The rental staff were humorous and very friendly.

Every time I go to London, Canada, I rent from this company. The pick-up location is right within the airport, making it very convenient. They accept translated driver's licenses for rentals. Both picking up and returning the car happens at the parking lot, with designated areas for each. The staff are well-trained, and the whole process takes about 5 minutes.

The service was very attentive, patient, and enthusiastic! Excellent! Trustworthy!

The up-sell of insurance at the counter was a bit vague. Ask more questions before you make the decision.
