Good service, including changing the car when ours was damaged by others.

Long wait for 9any) car. Car type we booked not available on arrival. Had to choose and find our vehicle in dark garage without help. Staf told us to "Pick any car in row #5" but that row was empty when we arrived in the garage. Many paint blemishes on chosen car at pickup that were not noted in contract, but we hope they will not be attributed to us - not exactly clear at return. Unclear if we paid for the Sprint we ordered or the Sentra we took. Understaffed both at paickup and dropoff.

Car was fine. Counter staff okay. Outside staff : TERRIBLE. Unhelpful. They weren’t v interested in guiding to a v hands off type of pick up. They cld have stayed how the procedure wld be. On drop off at midnight: a woman sat in a car for 10-15” while I waited at a “stop here” sign. Absolutely NO Movement in the area. When I finally spotted her, I drive around to ask her if there was anyone working on taking cars in. She was rude - told me to turn around and go back to the spot I was supposed to be in. When I said I’d been there for 15” - she actually “corrected me” by saying, I saw you, I’ve been here the whole time - you were only there for ten minutes.” Really?! So she watched me sit there for “ten” minutes? with NO ONE around - NO MOVEMENT at midnight.
