The pick-up and drop-off service is convenient overall. Next time I visit Hokkaido, I’ll rent from this company again.

When picking up the car, there was a slight feeling of being pressured to buy insurance. Returning the car was excellent—due to a miscalculation of time, I didn't refuel the tank fully and it was left half full, yet the rental company didn't make it an issue. They charged for half a tank. Additionally, on the way back to the airport, everything went smoothly, and they didn’t waste any of my time, promptly dropping us off at the airport.

I've been renting cars from them for many years. This year I went to see whales but didn't spot any. I'll try again next year.
