Dropping off the car was a hassle. I couldn’t figure out where to leave it, and in the end someone had to come collect it near Departure Gate 2 and they charged me 50 THB.

Super satisfied overall. The branch is right by the easternmost exit inside Chiang Mai Airport, really easy to find, and communication was smooth. They reminded us about fuel, routes and some driving tips, then we headed straight to pick up the car, which was spotless inside and out.

The store’s right off the main road so it’s really easy to find, just follow the GPS. The uphill access road is a bit narrow, but there’s a huge parking lot inside. Staff speak great English so communication was super easy. They didn’t charge any extra for picking up a bit early or returning a bit late to swap cars, and they even upgraded us for free to a seven-seater Hyundai – got really lucky.

Staff were really friendly and when I asked to return the car later they agreed right away, no fuss. Only downside was the car itself – it was in pretty rough shape, already done 150,000 km, and had really basic features.

Pretty good. After arriving in the country, the pickup and drop-off parking lot is right across the exit. The staff will also confirm the car's condition with you for both pickup and drop-off. Returned the car about 25 minutes late, and the staff didn’t say anything.
