Dislike: Car booked was a Skoda Superb or similar, which is quite a large car. Car issued was a Skoda Octavia, which is the next size down.

Very smooth process. After landing in London, there was a shuttle to take us to the rental location. We received a brand new car, absolutely fantastic. The car was great. Highly recommended.

The store at the airport is quite large with many staff. Although it's a bit far from Heathrow T4, there is a free shuttle service available.

“Bit pricey but absolutely worth it”

Muhammed was very friendly and helpful. He recommended us a better car option that can suit our needs. I am extremely pleased with the service. However, I faced difficulty in the beginning trying to figure out how to operate the vehicle and the GPRS. I suggest there must be a car instruction manual provided to customers especially those coming from left hand drive countries. It will be very beneficial indeed..
