Smooth process from start to finish; completely hassle free, just as it should be!

Overall service was satisfactory, but during pickup, the staff seemed to treat us differently. We had two families renting cars, and at first, they tried to push me to upgrade. When I refused, I ended up with a Series 1 car, which was very small and not the specified SUV model. However, my friend with the same reservation was upgraded to a Series 3 for free. The only apparent difference was that I was served by a South Asian staff member. Everything else was fine.

Hired car for Northern Ireland whose road signs are mph. Was given south plates and a Speedo only in kmh Unusable. Counter staff told me to email a complaint. Useless
