It's okay. It felt like an eternity walking from arrival to the car rental location. The staff's attitude was mediocre late at night. Unfortunately, my flight landed after midnight, and despite email communication with the platform, the Europcar desk first denied receiving any email and then insisted on charging an extra service fee. Honestly, I understand the policy, but as a loyal Europcar customer, I just have to vent a little about this Munich Airport location.

Simple procedures, no hard sell for extra insurance.

I clearly chose an automatic SUV (Tiguan) because we had 5 people and were going to the mountains. However, when picking up the car, I was told only a manual Hyundai SUV and an automatic Skoda wagon were available, so I was forced to choose the wagon. The difference in models was quite disappointing.
