Pretty good overall.

Renting a car at the Rome station was very easy to find. However, the pickup point required a bit of walking. Returning the car was straightforward; I just handed the keys to the staff without any unnecessary upselling or hassle. The journey went smoothly without any issues—a very pleasant car rental experience.

Overall service was excellent. Adding an extra driver's license costs 10 euros per day, and an international driving permit translation is required.

Great team at the airport counter and also at pickup/drop off. Have used a lot and will continue to do so

I find the process easy to use and their customer service is responsive and great to work with

1st of all the car I booked was BMW X5, what I got was VW Tiguan. no way they are similar. At the counter there were many customers for the 2 staff available at that time. they were good but we had to wait about an a hour to get the car. also I paid for full coverage insurance, yet they charged me again for CDW and Theft Waiver.

I think the word similar should state what are the similar cars to the mentioned one, so we are aware of what can be expected.
