I was told that because I had not had my license for "a long time" I was forced to pay an extra £70. I have had my license for 19 years. Personally I think this is appalling behaviour and occured because I am a woman and non Turkish!

Easyrental is as it's name says "easy" to use and has great prices.

The car is perfect, but sales people are not. They will try to convince you to pay extra for insurance which is not mentioned in the app, they will till you that wr will give you free diesel car if you pay more for insurance which I had the diesel anyway. Also they will deduct more by fining you 140 TR if the car is not clean, 200 TR if the tank is not full. These fines they will not mention it to you, they will give you 6 pages contract in Turkish to sign and you are in a hurry and you will not spend time to translate it so you will sign it. So my advice, read the contract carefully, fill up the tank from the airport, there is patrol pump in the entrance of parking which i didnt know about. And try to clean it before you give them the car. Maybe there are more excuses that i didnt experience with them, so becareful.

The car was ok and the staff was also ok but this company is tricking their customers to pay for insurance by scaring the them and saying that you are not insured at all and if you have an accident, even if it’s not your fault you will have to pay x amount of money. They force you to buy their insurance. That’s why they are little bit cheaper than the other companies. i think that’s where they make their money.

All good. I was worry to rent car from GoldCar as not so good opinions but I need to say I never have any problems with renting car in Turkey. Perfect ! Thank you
