The tire pressure was inflated to 4.5 bar, which is ridiculous. Everything else was fine.

My need for a large space was well understood, and the chosen car exceeded my expectations.

Staff was great at pick-up. We had two car and there were a few people waiting in line but it went smoothly with the paperwork. No attempt to sell us on additional insurance as we had bought full cover from Easyrentcars. Once paperwork was done, however, in Florence centre, we had to walk a little to a garage to collect the car. Unfortunately, lots of people were waiting and staffs did their best to get everyone their cars. It was a little hectic and took a while, but the staffs did their very best. We may have just been their at peak pick up time too. Just allow extra time if picking up in Florence centre.

First time booking with Easyrentcars and it was so easy and simple. We had additional coupons which helped a lot.

If you're for the first time in MXP airport is a little tricky to find where are the rental cars parked. Not enough signs to guide you there. The car return process was really very fast. Thank you

Picking up the car was a very unpleasant experience. After travelling for 15 hours and walking 15 minutes to the car rental facility with all of our luggage there was no order at the rental counter. There did not seem to be a line and everyone was crammed into the small space to rent cars. Took some time to find the kiosk to sign in to get a "number" but had to listen for our name to be called. Then it was high pressure to buy additional insurance which I did not want to buy. I had to argue with the woman at the counter to decline the insurance. It took more than an hour to get the car. Thankfully, drop off was quick and easy.
