At pick-up, I mentioned that I had already purchased full insurance, and there were no attempts to sell additional insurance throughout the rental process. Overall, an excellent car rental experience. Hertz will definitely be my first choice for future travels! Encountered a yellow warning from the vehicle's electronic system, and QEEQ's customer service provided timely support.

There were very few people, almost no queues. There are four counters where you can pick up the car. A young lady was very nice. However, a middle-aged woman was unfriendly to newcomers. One major dissatisfaction was that I booked a Volvo and asked if I could get one if I wait until the reserved time. They said it's impossible to get a Volvo.

The car was very new and easy to drive.

The car was new, with only 6000 kilometers on it. It still had that new car smell. European cars might be different from cars back home; you need to press the accelerator harder, otherwise, the flow is very severe. Everything else was good, and returning the car was also very easy.
