No notable service, but at least it wasn't crowded.

Picking up the car went smoothly and was convenient. It wasn't in the city but in the west of town among a bunch of car dealerships. We asked some local people for directions.

The service was excellent and picking up the car was easy. However, the address given as Frankfurt Airport TERMINAL 1+2 was a bit vague and misleading. It actually means both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are possible locations. The first time I picked up the car, I assumed it was Terminal 2. As a result, I went to Terminal 2, which is quite far from Terminal 1 and required taking a shuttle train, which was very inconvenient. The other two times I picked up and returned the car at Terminal 1, which was very convenient. I recommend picking up the car at Terminal 1, handling the paperwork at parking garage 218 connected to the airport departure hall, taking the elevator down to 107 to get the car, which is in P5 parking garage.

Great. The reserved manual Golf model was unavailable, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. The rental company's service attitude was good, the car was in great condition, and we were very satisfied. However, the return signs were not very conspicuous, making it easy to take the wrong route.

Very satisfied. Diesel cars are fuel-efficient.
