The car rental service was good, very satisfied.

It's okay

The pickup location is very prominent, you can see it right after exiting the airport. Since the reserved model was not available, they upgraded us to a BMW. The staff said I would love this model, and it was indeed very easy to drive.

The procedures were fast, and the inspection of the car was thorough and honest, identifying many small scratches that we hadn't noticed. Unfortunately, the GPS was not useful. If it weren't for the phone's navigation, we would have been lost! They didn't inform us about the toll fees in advance, unlike the previous company we used. Otherwise, we would have been confused at the toll stations!

Dislike: The car rental area is only available if you are arriving on a domestic flight which means you have to go through security procedures just to access the counter for pick up and return.
