Very pleasant car rental experience. Definitely worthy of being Europe's top car rental company.

The day before picking up the car, we first went to the car rental point at Cologne Central Station to find the location. Maybe because it was almost closing time, the woman we met was quite indifferent and appeared to be in a hurry to leave. However, the next day, the gentleman who attended us was very friendly and courteous. The car was more upscale than I expected and included a navigation system. The man inspecting the car at the return location in Frankfurt Airport was also very friendly. Of course, we made sure the car was clean inside and out. Overall, everything was great, and the excellent car added to the enjoyment of our trip.

I picked up the car at Frankfurt Airport, it was very convenient! The attendant was very patient! My English is not very good, but he explained everything patiently! To my surprise, I was given a Renault Scenic MPV, which was larger than the car I had booked! Nice!

Would always rent with Europcat again. Most friendly service in Landshut/Germany and when you call customer service very friendly and knowledgeable too
