Great, convenient. It's actually at the airport and not far away. The car was fantastic and there were no additional charges :)

They kept pushing insurance sales. I had to insist on signing before they stopped. They told me my Visa card couldn't be processed, causing me to call the Bank of China, then later said it worked. They asked if I wanted a Nissan or Mazda 2. I asked for the Nissan but got the Mazda 2 with over 40,000 miles. When returning the car, I had half a tank of gas, but they claimed I had only a quarter. The parking lot had fueling equipment but no service. Because I didn't return it with a full tank, they wanted to charge me $109. I had to drive to a gas station and filled up $8 of gas (including $1 tip) to avoid the charge.

Very friendly staff and we got an upgrade to a Cadillac. Fantastic experience. Building is about 5 mins away by shuttle bus. Had to wait about 10 mins to arrive.

Very fair price and great savings with coupons.

ハワイ、ワイキキの店頭に英語版バウチャーを提示したのですが、ネットでの予約内容とは違う提案を強引にされました。 車種も違うものに変更、保険もいまの契約では不十分と言われ、結果的に重複した保険契約を追加されました。 抗議したのですが、それでは貸せないと言われたため、時間もなかったのでレンタルしました。 返却時にも再度抗議しましたが、とりあってもらえず、 結果的に、予約時より高額な請求に！ ありえない対応で、今後は二度とdollarは利用しません。

dollarの件を、その後メールでeasyrentcarsにクレームを行なったところ、dollarに何度も確認、交渉をしてもらえました。 進捗を随時知らせていただいたので、非常に信頼できる対応だと感じました。 結果的に、超過した料金の全額は返金してもらえませんでしが、半分ほどは戻してもらえるとのこと。 料金の問題よりも、レンタカー会社の悪質な対応に腹を立てていましたので、easyrentcarsの適切な対応には、たいへん感謝しています。
