Very satisfied

Biggest issue was it took two hours from arrival at the rental location to driving out. It was boiling hot and there were literally hundreds of people waiting in the sun. They used a ticket system when I arrived they were serving 134 and I was given ticket 207... 73 cars! When I did get the car it had damage to the door frame which meant it whistled at speed (The door frame had a large crease in it at the top near the sunroof)

Tricky one but... I specifically chose a Renault Espace from OK Rent a Car overloads of Peugeot 5008's... But when I got there they gave me a 5008... with 7 seats up you cannot get ANY significant size of luggage in (Hand luggage only behind the third row seats)

Stay sway from this company. Price is cheaper, however the experience at the rental place is terrible. 1. Good luck to have find the shuttle once you are at the airport. Then, it is not coming every 10-15 min, but more like every 30min or more. It took us over 1hr from when we got our luggage 2. You finally arrive at the rental place, take your ticket and be ready to wait for your turn. Another 1 hr 3. Car was great 4. Drop off. Be ready to also spent time returning the car and wait for the shuttle. We almost missed our plane. Plan at least 2-3h 5. I would pay a little more and rent from another company

Mauvaise surprise lors de la réception de la voiture, leur logiciel ne peut pas bloquer de caution sur ma Carte Visa et ils disent que ça vient de ma carte hors j ai déjà bloqué des cautions dessus sans soucis. Si ma femme n'était pas la je n'aurai rien lâché car la seule alternative est de payé l'assurance à 85 euros...

Obligé de prendre une assurance + une prime de carburant. Au départ le prix de la location était de 35€ pour 5j est passé à 210€... a éviter
