They swapped the car, but it had a display screen, making it more convenient to drive.

The Barcelona airport branch was not great, and they didn't provide me with a paper copy of the rental agreement. The return process at the Madrid airport branch had friendly service, but the wait time for authorization from superiors was very long. They did provide a paper contract and receipt.

Booked a week in advance. Long queue. Then they said no cars were available and asked us to wait for a while. Waited for several hours and they asked us to keep waiting. Check reviews before renting; I am not the only one with no car in the order.

My returning flight was at 7am and when OK rent a Car did not give me a choice to drop the car keys before 7am. I end up asking a friend to return the car keys so I wouldn't loose my flight. This is first time that I heard of a rental car company with an office in an airport that will not allow the car to be returned after business hours. I would not use this company again
