Great price and value for money

I booked a Peugeot 208 or similar and received a Skoda Fabia + A very short walk and easy access to rental station at Verona Airport. + At the counter service was smooth. + Third party insurance was accepted without further questions. + The final invoice was received very quickly - The staff did not present or check the car during pick-up or drop-off. - The fuel policy was full-to-full but tank was 7/8 at pick-up. - The car made vibration when driving over 80kph

I was charged 36€ extra for no reason I am yet to discover, impossible to get them on the phone and rectify the problem

All fine so far

I booked a 7 seater car as I had 6 people in our party. I was given a long wheel base 9 seater mini bus. As soon as I drove it it was clear that the brakes needed repairing. I went straight back into the office but the representative had gone and closed up. I phoned the next day but no answer and finally got through the following day and returned the vehicle, not for a 7 seater as booked but another large minbus. Where we were staying in Rome this was a real problem as we couldnt get the van on the driveway. Please, if someone books a people carrier can you not give them a large bus which struggles to park or get down very narrow lanes. Thank you

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
