Great service, someone guided us to the parking lot across the street to pick up the car

I booked a 4-seater 4-door car, but they gave me a 2-door 4-seater one without a trunk. We had two people with two suitcases that couldn’t fit! Because our train was delayed, we arrived late, but they didn’t call us and changed the vehicle without permission. Too much! Due to the luggage, after leaving the train station, my husband had to wait with the luggage while I went ahead to find the rental car office. I saw a 4-door car parked at the entrance (we booked a 4-door car), and the rental office confirmed that it matched my order! So I ran back to get my husband. By the time we returned, the staff had driven away the 4-door car. The rental office said because we were late, even though we paid, they couldn’t hold the car for us and could only provide a 2-door car which was coming over. (What? With two people and two suitcases, how could we fit?) We asked if there were any other car rental offices nearby but were told no booking, no car available! Ran back to communicate with customer service, and got lots of meaningless official talk, no real solution!

Simple process

They gave me a Kia, which I don't like since I don't prefer Korean cars. Everything else was great. The staff's English was excellent, which felt very comforting in France.

There are many counters, and the processing speed is fast.
