The service was pretty good, but the address on QEEQ was not very clear, so we spent a lot of time finding the place. It would be better if the address could be more precise for easier locating.

We chose to pick up the car at the Rome train station, which was very convenient. After completing the paperwork, a shuttle took us to the pick-up location. The staff was very efficient, and there was no waiting.

The van was in poor condition. Numerous deep scratches all over the car. All the damage was documented prior to leaving the lot. Upon returning the van the attendant tried blame us for a very minor scratch on the plastic rim covers. Despite the heavy damage elsewhere prior to receiving the van, they focused on some tiny scratch. Suspect a scam to pay for damage we did not do. Do not rent from this place!!!
