Acceptable overall, no major issues, but there was an upsell for insurance

They changed us extra money, even if we payed in advance whole rental price! They are thieves!!!

Car was changed to Fiat 500, no issues with that. Paid for both my wife and myself to drive car, insurance docs backed this up, Budget refused to sanction my wife driving as they claimed we hadn't both hired the car. Will not use this company again, as any questions were met with "unable to help" and apparent language difficulties, although demanding extra payments were easily said.

Additional fees applied when we picked the vehicle up including a 'one-way service fee'. Prepay fuel fees were for a larger vehicle that we ended up not receiving, but we were billed the higher amount anyway. Overall, around £30 in surprise fees. Won't be using again.
