The service attitude was good, communication went smoothly, and there was no pressure to buy insurance. However, the efficiency was slightly low (perhaps it's a common issue in Europe...).

Overall, pretty good. The car provided was a Ford Kuga hybrid, drove 700 kilometers, fuel consumption estimated at 6 liters per 100 kilometers. However, shortly after picking up the car, a low tire pressure warning for the front right tire popped up, though the actual readings matched the other tires. The warning light also turned on, which made me worry there might be issues when returning the car. Fortunately, nothing was mentioned afterward.
