attente trop longue pour retirer la voiture. la personne en place mettait entre 8 et 12 minutes par client,j'étais le 5ème... Avis,a coté,mettait moins de 5 minutes par client.

Procedures handled on the first basement level of the train station took about 5 minutes. Car pickup and exterior inspection on the seventh basement level also took about 5 minutes. The entire process was under 15 minutes, very convenient and efficient.

La voiture demandée était très sale a l’intérieur, des paquets de chips encore présent. le pare brise ecoeurant,le rétroviseur cassé, bosse sur les cotés et sur le coffre, l'assurance n'etait meme plus valide, j'ai réclamé et on m'a gentillement dis: "que c'etait pas grave si vous prenez un PV on vous le paye!" La revision n'etait pas faite, l'ordinateur de bord demandé de changer l'huile tous les jours...J'ai reclamé mais sans suite, que faire?
