“Basic service. But charged a late pick up fee (at 11pm) of 40 Euros...never seen that before.”

We arrived at 11pm and we were asked to pay a late pick up fee of 40 Euros, I couldn’t believe this (this is in small lines in the bottom of the confirmation) but I couldn’t believe it.

“Didn't get the snow chains ordered.”

Rather than wait another 30 minutes for my car to be ready, I paid €30 for an upgrade. The car was new, but when I stopped in the Alps to fit the snow chains I ordered, there were none in the car. This made the rest of the trip quite worrying.
