The process was completed very quickly.

I went to the car rental office after 1 hour of the appointment time. They let me wait almost an hour due to the car is just washing. They also don't have the model I booked (Mercedes-Benz Vito, 9 seats, automatic), so they offer the Renault traffic L2 minibus (9 seats, automatic and large space for the luggage)

they didn't accept Taiwan driving licence, but didn't mentioned during booking after changed driver to complete booking, they requested to us to perchase new insurance

Overall, it was pretty good. They will recommend insurance, but will not insist if you refuse. The deposit of £1500 takes 7 days to be refunded. The actual rental car was a Peugeot, and the interior space was quite large.

The service quality is satisfactory.

It's alright. Most of the staff are of Indian descent, polite, and easy to communicate with.
