The pickup and return process went smoothly, there weren't many people in line, and the deposit refund was hassle-free.

Before going, I checked Google Maps and saw low ratings, which made me feel uneasy. However, everything went smoothly from car pick-up to the car exchange. Apart from being offered optional insurance at the store for 40 euros per day—which they didn't push further after I declined—everything else was great.

U-save is a local company in South Africa. They don't have a physical office at Durban Airport. After arriving, you need to call their staff, and they will bring the car to the airport for you.

The two-day self-driving trip in Naples felt like a journey of 'small hiccups' mixed with 'great surprises.' Although picking up the car required walking about 1 kilometer through a few narrow alleys filled with the aroma of pizza, this minor hassle quickly vanished the moment I got behind the wheel – the car's performance exceeded all expectations. It offered powerful acceleration and agile handling, making it easy to navigate the narrow cobblestone streets of the old city or chase the sunset along the coastline.
