Had a damaged tire and went to the shop for repairs, only to find out the car needed to be replaced. Abroad, there's no immediate tire repair service—any problem typically leads to car replacement.

The service from OK Mobility was quite good. We purchased insurance through the app, so they didn’t try to sell us additional insurance. The car we received was in excellent condition, and during the return process, we compared the photos we took ourselves. They didn’t even take any photos when we picked up the car.

When I arrived, there was no line, and the process went very smoothly. It's located inside the airport and easy to find.

Overall satisfied, except for the attempt to upsell a full tank of fuel (90 euros, while refueling yourself costs around 70 euros).

The front desk staff can communicate in English to complete the procedures, and their service attitude is excellent. If you purchased full insurance on the QEEQ platform, there's no need to buy the car rental company's own insurance. They will keep recommending their insurance, first quoting the original price, and if you refuse, they will offer the discounted online price. It is ultimately up to you whether to buy or not. If you drive carefully, the insurance from the platform is sufficient. It is recommended to use a small car in Marseille. We rented a Lynk SUV, which was easy to drive but relatively large. Some roads in Marseille are quite narrow, so be mindful of potential scrapes.

There was empty bottles of window fluid. It was a little crisis! The car should me clean before deliver to the customer

I tried to pay the rest of payment on 3 days before pickup. It didn’t work! It should be a possibility for customer.
