Not bad.

Had to wait in line a bit during pickup because there were some unusual customers ahead, like those without their own credit cards or wanting to use cash as a deposit. The staff handled it all calmly. Returning the car was very smooth, with the staff completing the inspection quickly.

The Avignon branch is excellent in all aspects, and the car is very new.

The deposit was refunded the day after returning the car, very efficient. The return process was extremely convenient, and the car was in excellent condition.

Very satisfied. Picking up the car in Nice was quick and simple. The car was in good condition, clean and well-maintained. Returning the car in Paris was straightforward, just park the car and hand over the keys at the counter. The credit card pre-authorization was canceled within a few hours—great experience.

The Alamo Avignon TGV location is right outside the station. Booked for 3 PM and arrived shortly after. Picked up the car smoothly without waiting in line. The staff was very friendly, and the process was quick.

The staff had a good attitude, and both pickup and drop-off were easy. However, they delayed sending the invoice and only sent it after QEEQ followed up.

The car model was upgraded, the deposit was refunded immediately, and no deductions were made.

French staff are very meticulous, so the rental process is slower compared to domestic services. However, the vehicle condition was explained in great detail.

Returning a car at Paris North Station is quite troublesome and the process is somewhat inefficient. Other aspects are fine, but the tire pressure was low and the car wasn't very clean inside.

The car rental staff were very friendly and helpful. When picking up the car, I didn’t like the reserved yellow-colored vehicle, so they immediately switched it to a Renault Captur. At drop-off, I informed the staff that the car wasn’t cleaned at pickup and that the drop-off location had been changed without prior notice. The staff quickly deducted 50 euros from the rental cost, which was very considerate. Additionally, regarding the absence of an environmental sticker on the car, we had to delay our journey to contact the rental company and QEEQ. The rental company provided no response, and QEEQ claimed they were reaching out to the rental company. The long communication process did not yield a definitive answer. The staff at the drop-off location clearly stated that rental cars in France no longer require an environmental sticker. Surprisingly, QEEQ also lacked this information.

Alamo has always been my top choice for car rentals during my trips to France. The experience has consistently been excellent—professional and efficient!

Excellent service

Pretty good overall, but the preparation time was a bit long. I booked for 8:00 AM pickup, arrived at 9:00 AM, finished the paperwork by 9:20 AM, and was told the car would be ready by 10:00 AM. In the end, it was actually given to me at 9:45 AM. Everything else was great.

The car rental company is doing great business, so vehicle availability was slightly tight. However, they still arranged a car of the same class for me, and the vehicle was in excellent condition without any issues!
