This is my second time renting a car at Nice Airport in France. Overall, it was a good experience. The pickup and return process was convenient, and the vehicle was new. Very satisfied.
The staff at the rental company, a young guy and a lady, were very friendly and polite. The originally booked Volkswagen Taigo was unavailable, so they upgraded me directly to a large SUV. Consulting about full insurance at the rental location went smoothly as well.
Overall very satisfied, but ran into difficulties when trying to return the car early—couldn't get in touch with the store at Paris airport. QEEQ's customer service also failed to establish contact. Eventually, I reached the manager via email (though it was one day later), and the manager was very friendly, refunding the cost for the last day.
