I made reservation on Audi Q2 automatic car because we travel with two children and we need large boot space for stroller. But Europecar gave us jeep renegade with smaller boot. Also its very non effective car. I don't think its same class cars at all.

During the trip, the car needed more AdBlue, so I bought and refilled it myself. When returning the car, I explained the situation to the counter and requested reimbursement. The staff asked me to email customer service with the details. Using the email provided by the counter staff, I contacted customer service and provided the receipt. Within a week, I received a refund of 28 euros.
The car had previous damage, and no one inspected it when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took a video, so I avoided an insurance trap when returning the car.
The service was terrible. Even after buying insurance, they deliberately made things difficult. The service attitude was extremely poor. They even intentionally made card payments fail, despite claiming that with their insurance, no deposit would be required. My cards all had sufficient limits, but none of my three cards worked. Later, they processed someone else's transaction first, and suddenly my card worked again after that. It was clearly malicious. In the end, they forcibly added additional insurance costing over ten euros, claiming it was due to system price fluctuations.
They didn't push insurance on me, but they gave me a diesel car without informing me about the AdBlue situation. So far, the reimbursement for that expense hasn't been processed by the rental company.
The Florence drop-off location is on the edge of the ZTL zone, making it very difficult to find. We spent over an hour circling around because it's at the edge of the ZTL zone. In the end, we had no choice but to park the car outside, walk to the rental store to confirm the driving route, go back out, and drive the car in. This caused us to drop the car off half an hour late and we were charged for an extra day. Overall, a very poor experience.
At the Eurocar Rome branch, we purchased insurance directly at the counter, which they claimed to be all-inclusive. However, when we returned the car, there was an unexplained scratch, and the return location insisted that this particular damage wasn't covered by the insurance, so we had to pay for it ourselves.
Excellent service, but note that the international translation of the driver's license provided by QEEQ is not accepted for car pickup. You need a notarized version in English or Italian. In my case, I was allowed to rent because I have a foreign driver's license.
