Fast processing, can return the car at a nearby parking garage for a fee of 13 euros. BMW X3

The process was simple and quick, and the car was very new. However, the insurance terms in the contract were not clearly explained, and the car was not clean.

Overall pretty good. Booked two cars for our trip and both got upgraded to a BMW X1 and an Audi Q2. They didn’t try to force any insurance on us. The only hassle was returning the car, as the area was filled with restricted zones and one-way streets, which the GPS failed to identify. We had to return to the hotel and get directions from the hotel staff to find the rental office. Make sure to ask for directions when picking up the car.

Not many people, the process was handled at a normal speed.

The staff's attitude was acceptable, but their response to our request to switch from a manual to an automatic car due to special circumstances was disappointing. It's hard to blame the staff, but it reflects poorly on the rental company's problem-solving capabilities. This left a blemish on our Tuscany road trip.

Good service, car was in excellent condition, and the return inspection was very thorough.

Great service, good car condition. They upgraded my Mercedes to an Audi A4 wagon, otherwise the luggage wouldn't fit.
